4 HOURS (MON-SUN) MID SHIFT!

Position Details:

• Position Available: Part-Time
• Shift Hours: 4 Hours
• Shift Schedule: Monday - Sunday(5pm - 9pm)
• Required Care: Diabetic, insulin and wound care
• Target Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements:

• Current LVN / LPN License
• Valid CPR Card
• Covid-19 Vaccinated

Responsibilities:

• LVNs will be given a detailed plan of care instructed and administered by RN Case Manager
• Care consists of monitoring patient status, maintaining activities of daily living and administering medications.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
